Free LIRR shuttle buses will take customers in either direction between Babylon and Montauk.
Please allow up to an hour and 15 additional minutes of additional travel time, depending on the destination as the work will involve several pieces of heavy machinery and will be disruptive to residents in the immediate vicinity.

The LIRR will also be working on several crossings, including Old Stump Road in the hamlet of Brookhaven.
The Old Stump Road crossing will be closed to both vehicular and pedestrian traffic from midnight to 6 p.m. on Saturday and Metropolitan Transportation Authority police will be on site to help with the closure and associated detours.
Murray said he hopes the information "will be helpful" in residents' travels this upcoming weekend.
