1. Police are searching for a woman for allegedly stealing three pairs of shoes from a Shirley store. The store, Famous Footwear, is located on Montauk Highway. Suffolk County Crime Stoppers offers a cash reward for information that leads to an arrest. (News12)
2. MMS Community Library Art Club is set for Wednesday, April 20 at 6 p.m. It's a drop-in program. Participants will draw something new or work on something old in the teen department. (MMSCL)
3. Long Island Cares awarded by Jaspan Schlesinger LLP. The nonprofit organization promotes humanitarian causes in the community, bringing benefits to families struggling with food insecurity on Long Island. (tbrnewsmedia)
4. Chamber of Commerce of the Mastics & Shirley will host its Annual Dinner in Honor of Phillip Scotto on April 28 from 6 to 10 p.m. at the Sunset Harbour. The event will feature an open bar, cocktail hour, full dinner, and entertainment. Tickets are $65 per person. (Shirley CofC)
5. A 42-year-old Patchogue man was stabbed in a parking lot on Patchogue Main Street. The victim was transported to Stony Brook Hospital to be treated with severe injuries. That's the second time a person has been stabbed in Patchogue this week. (Patch)
