Man Found Dead In SoHo, Police Say
Mehari Bokrezion was found dead inside a car on Wednesday morning, according to authorities.

SOHO, NY — A man was found dead inside a car parked on a SoHo street early on Wednesday morning, police said.
Mehari Bokrezion, a Greenwich Village resident, was found dead inside the car at about 6:30 a.m. on Wednesday when officers responded to a 911 call reporting the body, the NYPD said in a statement. The car was parked near the intersection of Grand and Thompson streets in SoHo. Officers found Bokrezion, 59, unconscious and unresponsive inside the car, and he was pronounced dead at the scene, authorities said. It was not immediately clear how Bokrezion died. The city's medical examiner will determine his cause of death.
