Chocolatier Jacques Torres opened the museum, Choco-Story New York, inside his flagship chocolate store at 350 Hudson St. The 5,000 square foot space is dedicated entirely to chocolate and it explores the "journey from bean to bar," according the museum's description.
And, importantly, you won't just learn about chocolate-making and its history, you'll get to taste it. The museum promises nine premium tastings as well as original Mayan hot chocolate. A standard 30 minute "Choco Tour" costs $15 at full price.
