Brewster To Continue Pre-K; Funding Level Uncertain
District officials plan to build on the success of the program's first year.
BREWSTER, NY — Brewster school officials will continue the new Pre-K program for the 2024-25 school year; however, though they are confident that state and federal funding will continue, they are uncertain about the level of funding and the number of children who can be accommodated.
Therefore, the district will use a lottery system. The lottery will be livestreamed and open to the public.
