Brewster Schools: BHS Teacher Wins Award At Regional Competition

The 2024 Hudson Valley Regional FIRST Robotics Competition was last weekend, district officials said.

Congratulations to Brewster High School science teacher Dr. Brittany Kozlenko for being awarded The Woodie Flowers Finalist Award (WFFA) at the 2024 Hudson Valley Regional FIRST Robotics Competition.

There were 48 schools competing last weekend and Kozlenko, whose BHS team, CybearBots, the only robotics team in Putnam County, was the one mentor selected within the FIRST Robotics Competition to receive the award for her ability to lead, inspire, and empower students using excellent communication skills.
