Connecticut Man Arrested After Troopers Find Cocaine In The Audi: NYSP
He was arraigned in the Town of Southeast Court and released on his own recognizance, according to New York State Police.

SOUTHEAST, NY — An early morning traffic stop led to a felony drug bust, according to state troopers.
New York State Police say that on June 15, around 3:27 a.m., troopers from Brewster conducted a traffic stop on a 2018 Audi traveling west on Danbury Road, in the Town of Southeast, for several traffic violations.
The driver and only occupant of the vehicle, identified as 42-year-old Jose A. Gonzalez, of Brookfield, Connecticut, showed signs of impairment. He was administered standardized field sobriety tests, which he then failed, according to police.

After a probable cause search of the vehicle was conducted, troopers found around 12.2 grams of cocaine.
Gonzalez was arrested and charged with felony fourth-degree criminal possession of a narcotic drug, misdemeanor seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, and misdemeanor operating a motor vehicle while impaired by drugs (first offense).

He was arraigned in the Town of Southeast Court and released on his own recognizance. Gonzalez is scheduled to appear in court on July 8.
