A 24-year-old Danbury, CT man was drunk behind the wheel while traveling on Interstate 84 in Southeast, according to police.
Troopers from the East Fishkill barracks arrested Osvaldo M. Lopez at about 5:30 a.m. Sunday. He's facing a misdemeanor charge of driving while intoxicated.
Lopez was released pending a future appearance in Southeast Justice Court.
