Cultural Arts Coalition Announces Open Mic Night
Open Mic Night will be held at the Studio Around the Corner on Friday, May 26 in Brewster. The event is free and open to ages 16 and older.
From the Cultural Arts Coalition: Kick off Memorial Day Weekend with an Open Mic Night at the Studio Around the Corner! Write poetry? Play an instrument? Sing? Act? Just want to show off your stuff? Come to Studio Around the Corner’s Open Mic Night! Enjoy others performances or perform yourself on Friday, May 26 from 8pm - midnight. This free event is open to performers and spectators 16 and older.
There will be a total of 14 ten-minute time slots. Some slots will be available to pre-register; the rest will be available at the door. We ask that musicians be tuned prior to getting on stage. You will have 10 minutes or two songs (whichever comes first). You must arrive 30 minutes prior to your time slot or your time slot may be reassigned. Cabaret-style seating. Food and beverages will be available for sale.
