A 25-year-old Danbury, CT man is facing a misdemeanor charge of driving while intoxicated following a recent arrest on Interstate 84 in Southeast, police say.
Troopers from the East Fishkill arrested David K. Tanges at about 10:40 p.m. Saturday.
He was released pending a future appearance in Southeast Justice Court.
