Don't Miss: 'Bassoon in the Wild' Free Jazz Concert In Brewster
The Cultural Arts Coalition of Southeast presents Concerts Around The Corner.

BREWSTER, NY — For Jazz Appreciation Month, the Bassoon in the Wild quartet will visit Brewster to play classic, modern and original jazz from Duke Ellington, Miles Davis and John Coltrane to their latest CD, Next Chapter.
The concert is hosted by the Cultural Arts Coalition and will be held in the historic Southeast Old Town Hall.
The jazz quartet Bassoon in the Wild consists of bassoon, piano/melodica, bass, and drums. The musicians: Michael Rabinowitz, bassoon; Tommy Campbell, Drums; Matt King, Piano and Andy Mckee, Bass, all top NYC performers.

Members of the quartet will also share their knowledge about the influence of jazz greats and how the bassoon fits in.
This concert is made possible by funding from the American Federation of Musicians Local 400, Musicians Performance Trust Fund. This project is made possible, in part, through the Putnam Arts Council’s Arts Link Grant Program with public funds provided from Putnam County.

Bassoon in the Wild will take place at the Studio Around the Corner at 67 Main Street in Brewster Village (around the back of the Southeast Old Town Hall). The free concert will be performed on April 28th at 3:00 PM.

The Cultural Arts Coalition is a not-for-profit organization dedicated to creating and sustaining cultural arts for Brewster, the Town of Southeast and the region.
