Here Are Some Restaurants Open in Southeast on Christmas Day

There are a lot of people who prefer going out to a restaurant on the holidays. If that includes you, there are some excellent choices in Putnam and the Mid Hudson Valley for your dining pleasure.

However, many of these restaurants have limited hours on Christmas Day. Make your reservation now!

Also, remember that the wait staff and all the restaurant employees are working on Christmas to make your holiday a wonderful one. Remember that and tip them well for their service.

• Diamond Mills Hotel and Tavern, at 25 South Partition Street in Saugerties. Open from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. with an a la carte brunch and house-made cocktails. 845.247.0700.
• Thai Spice, at 28 Raymond Avenue in Poughkeepsie. Open from 12:30 a.m. to 10 p.m. with their regular menu. 845-486-8888.
• Kodomo, at 1541-1569 Albany Post Road in Wappingers Falls. They will be open at their regular hours. 845-296-0111.
• The Inn at Pound Ridge by Jean-Georges, at 258 Westchester Avenue in Pound Ridge. There will be a special three-course prix-fixe menu on Christmas Day.
