NBC New York Features Brewster Boy's Battle with Little League

One of Little League International's rules is reportedly preventing a 12-year-old Brewster boy, who is in a wheelchair, from sitting in the dugout with the team he's been a part of for three seasons.
That's according to this story on NBC New York.
"Evan Sussman has long enjoyed being part of the Brewster Little League team, so the boy with cerebral palsy was surprised when he was told he couldn't sit next to his teammates in upcoming games," the story, written by Pei-Sze Cheng, reads.

The organization told NBC New York that only team members on the roster may sit in the dugout. To be on the roster, they said, he or she must play 60 percent of games. The team may apply for an exception to the rule, the story states.
