Ribbon-Cutting To Mark New Ownership Of Uncle Louie G's
The ice cream shop on Fairfield Drive is now owned by a Brewster High School grad.
BREWSTER, NY — Uncle Louie G's Italian Ices & Ice Cream Shop in Putnam Lake is under new ownership, and the Brewster Chamber of Commerce invites everyone to the grand opening on Sunday.
Brewster High School graduate David Clavie Ramos is the new owner. Uncle Louie G's is Clavie-Ramos' first business, said Paula Hernandez, executive director of the Brewster Chamber of Commerce.
"As an entrepreneur, he looked for an exciting business that would be perfect for someone starting their first enterprise," she said.
