An Exploration of Food and Beverages Is on Tap

Food and beverages will be tasted and explored at St. Andrew's fundraiser

St. Andrew's Episcopal Church will hold "Eat, Drink, Learn: Exploring one of the World's Oldest Beverages with the Food we Love" on April 30 at 7 p.m.

The event will explore beers that are made with grains such as wheat and rye in addition to barley. Nonalcoholic beverages will be available. Paul McGann will discuss the history of brewing and what makes these products exceptional and foods that are matched to each will be served. The evening will include samples of different beverages, as well as silent auctions and raffles.

This is an event for adults aged 21 or older. Tickets are $35 or $60 for a couple. The church is located at 26 Prospect Street, Brewster, NY. For more information or to make reservations, call 845-279-4325.
