A 21-year-old New Fairfield, CT woman is facing a misdemeanor charge of driving while intoxicated following a recent arrest in Southeast.
State troopers stopped the woman on Route 22 in town Saturday after they spotted a missing license plate lamp.
Her blood-alcohol level was reportedly 0.10 percent. The legal limit is 0.08.
The defendant was released pending a Thursday appearance in Southeast Justice Court.
