A 53-year-old North Salem man was charged with driving while intoxicated after police arrested him during a drunken driving enforcement detail, according to officials.
State troopers conducted the detail on INterstate 684, in the towns of Lewisboro and North Salem, Friday.
The man reportedly refused to submit to a chemical test. He is due to appear in North Salem Justice Court next week.
