A 25-year-old Brookfield, CT man was drunk behind the wheel as he passed through Southeast early Saturday, police say.
State Troopers from the East Fishkill barracks arrested Jason S. Waldron at about 4:50 a.m. He was traveling east on Interstate 84 in Southeast.
Waldron's facing a misdemeanor charge of driving while intoxicated, as well as a license plate violation and a speeding violation.
