The New York Lottery announced a top-prize winning ticket was sold for the November 5, Take 5 evening drawing.
The ticket was sold at the 7-ELEVEN, at 1320 New York Route 52 in Carmel, which sold one prize-winning ticket worth $33,751.50.

The winning numbers for the drawing were: 7, 12, 13, 19, and 33.
TAKE 5 numbers are drawn from a field of one through 39. The drawing is televised twice daily at 2:30 p.m. and 10:30 p.m.

A lottery draw game prize of any amount may be claimed up to one year from the date of the drawing.
