Man Steals Tools From Sunset Park Apartment Building, Police Say

The burglar broke into the Fourth Avenue apartment building last month and stole tools from the basement, police said.

SUNSET PARK, NY — A man broke into a Sunset Park apartment building last month and stole tools from the basement, police said.

The burglar pried open the front door of a Fourth Avenue apartment building on Feb. 22 at about 8:18 a.m. then got into the basement of the spot, the NYPD said.

The man stole assorted tools from a room in the basement then left the building, police said.

Police said the man is between 35 to 45-years-old, about 5-feet 10-inches tall and weighing 180 pounds.
