Man Swipes Drone, Medical Equipment From Sunset Park Pharmacy

The man broke into a 58th Street pharmacy earlier this year and stole a drone and bone simulator from inside, police said.

SUNSET PARK, NY — A man broke into a Sunset Park pharmacy earlier this year and swiped a drone and a piece of equipment the NYPD called a bone simulator from inside, police said.

The burglar got into the Mega Aid Pharmacy, at 140 58th St., on March 20 through a fence at about 12:58 p.m., according to the NYPD and surveillance video.

Once inside, the man stole a laptop, a drone, a scooter and the bone simulator from the store then ran away in an unknown direction, police said. It's unknown what a bone simulator is used for.

Police described the man as 5-foot 9-inches tall and 180 pounds.
