Accused Subway Masturbator Claims He Was Victim, Report Says
Reggie Frank told the Daily News that he was the victim after getting stabbed on the subway, but police said he attacked the woman first.

SUNSET PARK, NY — The accused subway masturbator police said attacked a woman before she fought back and turned the knife on him claimed he was actually the victim in the altercation.
Reggie Frank, 47, told the New York Daily News that he wasn't carrying a knife on the R train on Friday but the 47-year-old woman started to attack him after he was "minding his own business" on the train.
“She wakes up and she calls me motherf---er and asks me what I’m looking at,” Frank recalled.
“I tell her I’m on the train minding my own business and I can look wherever I want.”
He admitted to blasting the victim with pepper spray, but said it had little effect.
“I bit her. I bit her hand. I know because I had some skin in my teeth,” he said. “I was trying to grab the knife away.” More via New York Daily News.
Police said that the woman was riding a southbound R train at about 1:50 a.m. on Friday when she saw Frank, of Newark, N.J., masturbating. When she yelled, Frank sprayed her in the face with a can of pepper spray then took out a folding knife and attacked her, cutting her in the hand.
