Sunset Park Community Board Meeting About Bike Lanes, Sidewalks Cancelled

SUNSET PARK, BROOKLYN — A community boar meeting in Sunset Park that was set to take up bike lanes, sidewalk extensions and more has been postponed because of Tuesday's snowstorm.

Community Board 7, which meets at 4th Avenue and 43rd Street, pushed the meeting back a week to Wednesday, March 15, at 6:30 p.m.

Among the items on its agenda: pedestrian "neck downs" at at 3rd Avenue and 36th Street, a proposed bike lane on 7th Avenue from 15th to 23rd streets in South Slope and a discussion about the 49th Street homeless shelter.
