- As New York prepares for the next transformation of energy to help realize its "2019 mandate to generate 70 percent of its electricity from renewable sources by 2030." Wind turbine ports will need to take over vast areas of New York's shoreline to build and maintain the turbines. - An accident in Sunset Park between a vehicle and a Langone NYU ambulance left one person in the ambulance hospitalized. Police are still investigating the cause of the crash. (News 12 Bronx)
- Three people since January have been robbed of a single shoe, in Brooklyn and Queens. Police believe the same suspect to be responsible for all three incidents. No arrested have yet been made in the ongoing investigation. (PIX 11)
