1. Early Saturday morning a 28-year-old woman was followed from the 45th Street subway station near 4th Avenue. The suspect followed the woman into her apartment building nearby and proceeded to touch himself while making sexual comments towards the victim. After punching her multiple times the suspect fled on foot heading west on 3rd Avenue. Anyone with information in regard to this incident is asked to call the NYPD's Crime Stoppers Hotline at 1-800-577-TIPS (8477) or for Spanish, 1-888-57-PISTA (74782). (WABC-TV)
2. The Patch provides the Sunset Park weather forecast for the week ahead. The weather becomes milder during the middle of the week with no rain in sight. (Sunset Park Patch)
3. 5 new Sunset Park area homes for sale. The Path provides listing information, including a listing in the Brooklyn area with 1 bed and 1 bath for $375,000, and another with 16 beds and 8 baths for $2.0 million. (Sunset Park Patch)
4. Permits have been filed to turn a one-story commercial building at 526 Baltic St. in Gowanus into an 11-story mixed-use development. The proposed 148-foot-tall development would yield 63,674 square-feet of residential space split between 96 residences. The building will also yield 10,955 square-feet of commercial space.
