2. It was a no-brainer for Yuh-Line Niou when the new 10th Congressional District united Chinatowns in Manhattan and Brooklyn's Sunset Park. Niou may be considered an ‘underdog,’ but with an electorate with more than 20 percent Asian American voters, she's got a shot at the brass ring. (Yahoo News)
3. In the midst of a crisis, comes ingenuity, the national baby formula shortage has created a mutual aide: donating breast milk. Organizations like the New York Milk Bank provides donated milk to hospitals and to parents of sick and premature infants. (Subscription: The New York Times)
