Distribution Center Slated For Woodbury Properties

Rockefeller Group paid $21.2 million for industrial and office buildings on adjoining lands near the Seaford-Oyster Bay Expressway.

WOODBURY, NY – Rockefeller Group paid $21.2 million for two adjoining properties with a collective nine acres and two buildings that will serve as a new warehouse and distribution center.

According to Long Island Business News, the Manhattan-based real estate firm paid RXR Realty $10.2 million for a six acres and a 50,559-square foot office building at 1 Media Crossways.

The firm also purchased the neighboring three-acre property and 10,291-square-foot industrial building, at 200 Crossways Park Drive West, from E&M Logistics for $11 million.

The properties are a short distance from the Seaford-Oyster Bay Expressway.
