Fire Causes Extensive Damage To Nassau Home: Police

It happened just before noon in Syosset.

SYOSSET, NY — A house was badly damaged by a fire on Monday morning, police said.

Officers responded to the residence on Walters Avenue just before noon.

The fire was extinguished by the Syosset Fire Department. No injuries were reported and no criminalty is suspected at this time, police said.
