Bronxville Police Charge Sleepy Hollow Woman with DWI

The following information comes from the Bronxville Police Department. Note an arrest does not indicate a conviction.

On May 18 at 1:15 a.m. on Midland Avenue in Bronxville, Police officer Christopher Blessington arrested 24-year-old Samantha Schulte of Sleepy Hollow for suspected driving under the infulence of alcohol after she was observed driving while using a cell phone. 

Officer Blessington stopped the car and gave Schulte a sobriety test, which she reportedly failed, registering a .15 blood alcohol content.  Her 2013 Mazda was impounded.  Schulte was charged with driving while intoxicated and using a cell phone while operating a motor vehicle. She was released pending her next court appearance.
