Frozen Yogurt, Euro-Style

Introducing Gijsbertus de Lange and his wife Unsil Yi de Lange, the proprietors of the the newest fro-yo shop to open on North Broadway, taking over the space where Yogo Berry once sat. 

The de Langes, of Ardsley and arts backgrounds, have all kinds of plans in the works — from Belgian pommes frites (French fries served in a paper cone with mayonaisse toppings) to the staple sandwiches from Gijs' homeland of the Netherlands. Unsil hails from Korea; the pair have two teenagers who will work in the shop as well.

Art on the walls will come care of Unsil, and stay tuned for much more as this family certainly has their share of stories. They also used to own an ice cream shop in Riverdale, so they know their frozen treats.
