In Memoriam: Ann Victoria Millar

Ann Victoria Millar (“Vicky”), a long time resident of Key Biscayne, Florida, passed away surrounded by her family on Feb 25. She was 71.

Born in Tarrytown, Vicky graduated from Sleepy Hollow High School. She worked for several years in New York City as a media buyer prior to relocating to Florida in 1970 where she resumed her advertising career.

Vicky is survived by her brothers John Millar of Tarrytown, NY and Jim Millar of Fitzwilliam, NH; her sister Laurie Cummins of Brielle, NJ; her daughter Elizabeth Joyce of Plano, Texas; a grandson, Nicholas Escue; and two nieces and two nephews.

Donations in Vicky’s memory may be made to the American Lung Association of Florida and the Florida Hospice and Palliative Care Association.
