Tarrytown Police investigated a report a man leaving a suspicious bag in a South Broadway parking lot, but it turned out to be a duffle bag he just didn't want to carry on his job search.

A caller reported to police a suspicious bag left in the parking lot of his office building at 65 S. Broadway which turned out to be stowed by a man looking for a job.

Officers reported that the male subject (about 5’6” to 5’8”, wearing a black jacket with a grey hooded sweatshirt underneath) placed a bag near one of the employee’s cars and walked away.
