Motorcyclist Killed In Sprain Brook Parkway Crash
Police said the man lost control of his motorcycle when he was changing lanes.
GREENBURGH, NY — A Westchester County man was killed when his motorcycle crashed on the Sprain Brook Parkway in the town of Greenburgh Sunday.
The New York State Police said Zahid Sotero Vergara, 28, of Harrison, was operating a 2010 Aprilia motorcycle south on the Sprain Brook Parkway Sunday when he lost control while changing lanes.
Medical technicians with the Greenburgh Police EMS responded to render and and took him to Westchester Medical Center, where he died of his injuries.
