Patch Clip: Believe in this Juice
A labor of love, inspiring books, and refueling juice, Believe opens at last on Tarrytown's Main Street.
Proprietor Enzo Simone is still working out the hours and minor details like what sort of cushion to adorn the built-in benches, but Believe Juice and Books already looks perfected after a few days in operation.
Juices and smoothies bear the names of mountains and heroes; the books for sale inspire life-changing feats. Simone is eager to meet the everyday heroes in his midst and encourage groups to meet and get creative in this very space. He aims for this shop to be more than the sum of what it's selling (inspiring books, healthy fresh-made drinks) but a place that adds to the growth of a community.

Torn by what to choose on the juice list, I opted for the Everest, which Simone said was already a customer favorite, and one of his own favorites as well. Here in this PatchClip, Simone and his aunt Linda demonstrate just what goes into this amazing juice. Namely: celery, spinach, kale, parsley, cucumber, lemon and green apple.
