Police Find Hit-and-Run Car Parked on Main
A driver allegedly hit a parked car; with major damage and airbags deployed, he drove away and parked on Main Street.

A car allegedly hit a parked car on Division Street in front of the Tarrytown Department of Public Works, causing a fuel spill and damages, police said.
Sleepy Hollow police reported to Tarrytown police an apparent hit and run accident on the street bordering both villages on March 22 at 3:17 a.m.
Tarrytown officers confirmed a car had been struck in the rear while parked. The second car was not on the scene. They requested the fire department who cleaned a "spill condition."

The hit car was towed due to safety concerns. During a search of the village, police found the second car, with heavy front end damage, on Main Street parked at a meter. The airbags were deployed.
This car was towed and police filed an accident report. Officers went to the home for a follow up investigation but found no answer.
