Police: Package Stolen from Porch

A package containing a Sony Playstation was reported stolen from a Depeyster Street porch.

A Sony Playstation 3 that arrived at a Depeyster Street home never made it inside.

On Feb. 5 at 3:30 p.m, a person reported to Sleepy Hollow police that a package delivered to their porch had been stolen.

Acccording to the UPS tracking number, the package had been delivered on Jan. 29 around 12:14 p.m. and had been left on the porch.

The package was from Amazon and reportedly contained a Playstation valued at $400.

Sleepy Hollow police investigated several instances of package thefts in December, and made one arrest. Read more here.
