Police: Tarrytown Man Charged with Selling 'Shrooms

The Greenburgh Drug and Alcohol Task Force reported the arrest of an Embree Street man for felony criminal drug possession of controlled substances around 5:30 p.m. on Oct. 3.

A search warrant was then used to look through the Tarrytown residence which bore a big find, police said. 

Lt. William Herguth said police retrieved from the residence: 

  • two bags of Psilocybin mushrooms,
  • 36 small bags of marijuana, 
  • and one jar with 1+ ounce of marijuana.
Hysoun T. Isaksen, 22, was taken to Westchester County Jail with a return court date. 

Almost a week later, police nabbed him on a felony criminal sale charge as well.

The Task Force on Oct. 9 reported the arrest of Isaksen for criminal sale of a controlled substance in the third, another B felony charge.
