Resident: Mysterious Stinky Liquid on Car

A Cortlandt Street resident complained at Sleepy Hollow police headquarters that his neighbors were dumping unknown liquids on his car.

This had resulted in a foul smelling odor on his car, he reported, which he parks behind his home.

He said this had been going on for an unknown length of time. He said he spoke to one resident about it already.

An officer went to check on the car, and reported a fair amount of unknown substance on the hood but no damage to the vehicle.
