Residents File More Wilson Park Complaints

Ongoing issues with the Toll Brother development have residents calling the police for several small infractions.

Toll Brothers construction twice appeared in the blotters last week – one for a truck allegedly moving some Belgian blocks at a resident’s home and another for crews working later they should.

On March 11 at 3:59 p.m., a Lake Terrace caller reported that several Belgian blocks at the end of her driveway had come loose and were damaged possibly by a large truck entering the construction site on Lake Terrace. The caller did not witness the incident, but she wished it to be noted for the record.

The same day at 7:02 p.m., a caller reported construction noise was coming from lot #4 in the development on Warner Lane when work is supposed to end at 6 p.m. Police on the scene reported observing no violations.
