Rivers Edge Plans May Go Higher
Developer Joe Cotter is expected to present a revised plan to the Sleepy Hollow Board tonight on the housing complex to come to Castle Oil.
On the agenda for tonight's Board of Trustees 7 p.m. meeting:
1. Pledge & Moment of Silence/Recognition
2. Public Hearing: 2013/2014 Budget
3. Presentation: Joe Cotter (Rivers Edge Development on the site of the former Castle Oil facility). FEMA has expanded the flood zone areas and board members anticipate a higher plan (by three feet) to come to Castle Oil.
