Sleepy Hollow Police Make Beekman Bar Busts
In recent inspections of various bars down Beekman, Sleepy Hollow police found that the Match has an outdated Certificate of Occupancy.

In routine bar inspections along Beekman recently, Sleepy Hollow police made numerous arrests at the Huddle, shutting the venue down for the night due to overcrowding, and then found out another Beekman establishment shouldn't be open at all.
Following an "integrity check" at the Oasis Bar on 111 Beekman Avenue, police observed no liquor law violations or other violations found.
Then they continued to 179 Beekman, under new ownership and with a new blue awning and name (). Here, police found the establishment without customers and with no observable violations, at first.

However, the Certificate of Occupancy posted on the wall expired on June, 2011. Police said the owner was unable to produce a current certificate, and officers advised the building department for follow-up.
