Tarrytown Honda Wins Customer Service Award

Honda says that its Tarrytown branch’s service department is the place to go for optimal customers service when it comes to repairing and maintaining your car. Tarrytown Honda recently won the American Honda’s Customer Service Experience Award for its parts and service department.

“This great achievement reflects Tarrytown Honda’s consistent dedication to delivering the highest level of service in the industry,” said Ron Lybrook. The assistant vice presidents of parts and service opereations for American Honda Motor Co. Inc.

The award is given to Honds dealerships in the Professionals Recognition Program that get a score of 92 percent or better on a customer survey. Tarrytown Honda received a 93.5 percent.

Owner Dwight Dachnowicz said great customer service has been his main goal since opening in Novemeber 2006. He attributes the award to the hard work of General manager Chris Mendicina and the Honda Parts and Service team
