Jesse Jorge, 21, of Tarrytown was pulled over in Sleepy Hollow for an equipment violation on his car on August 3 at 2:15 a.m. and issued several possession charges. He was also found to be driving without a license, police said.
Jorge's car was impounded and he was charged with:
- criminal possession of a controlled substance in the third, a felony,
- unlawful possession of marijuana,
- and unlicensed operation of a car with a suspended license.
