Officials said about $6 million will come from district reserves and about 53.6 percent of total project cost is projected to be funded by state aid.
In a letter from the Board of Education, trustees said, over the last several years, the district has delayed major renovations because of programmatic needs and the capital project will allow the district to update each building.
