White Plains Driver Arrested at Traffic Stop
Tarrytown Police charged Neptali Tuba with multiple offenses including driving without a license.
After pulling her over for improper lane use on South Broadway, police arrested a White Plains woman on various charges.
Neptali L. Tuba, 30, of White Plains, was charged on March 18 at 5:40 p.m. with:
- Improper lane use
- Aggravated unlicensed operation second/three or more suspensions
- Operating motor vehicle without a license
- Operating motor vehicle with suspended registration
- No or expired insurance
Tuba’s car was impounded. She was released on $250 cash bail with a return court date.
