_Wondering what to do with your kids today? How about a stroll down Beekman to enjoy the window art. The annual window-painting tradition is particularly impressive this year, thanks to students in SHHS teacher Kristen Dreher's AP Studio Art and Portfolio seminar classes. (And thanks to Village Rec. Director Robin Pell for inviting them). Photos here!
_Day off yourself? Perhaps it's a good time to re-register for your Basic STAR property tax exemption. (Easier than it sounds, and now required if you want to receive this exemption in 2014 and beyond.) More on this here.
