Woman Charged with DWI in Tarrytown
Another driver went to the hospital following an accident on Broadway.
Numerous callers reporting a car accident in Tarrytown on April 19 at 11 p.m., which resulted in one driver arrested for DWI and another driver sent to the hospital.
Jeannette Cristiano, 54, of undisclosed address, was charged with driving while intoxicated.
Another driver complaining of pain in her legs was transported to Phelps Memorial Hospital by the Tarrytown Volunteer Ambulance Corps.

Cristiano was transported to headquarters where police said she refused to consent to the breath test. She was processed for DWI and released to her son with a court date.
