Crime Report: Bartender Sold Alcohol to a Minor
The following arrest information was supplied by the Suffolk County Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.

Nicholas Dimuzio, 20, of Stony Brook, was arrested Jan. 20 and charged with unlawfully dealing with a child, first degree – alcohol. According to a police report, Dimuzio was bartending at Comiskey's Park in St. James when he allegedly served an alcoholic drink to a minor.
Edward Jomisko, 37, of Port Jefferson Station, was arrested Jan. 20 in East Setauket and charged with first offense DWI. Police stopped Jomisko on Route 25A near Old Town Road at about 2:15 a.m.
Stephen Fogarty, 22, was arrested Jan. 23 in Port Jefferson Station and charged with first-offense DWI. Fogarty allegedly struck a car parked in a lot on Route 112 at 12:50 a.m.
