Man Steals $1.9K Computer From Centereach Store: Police
The MacBook Pro laptop was stolen from Best Buy, police say. The man is wanted for grand larceny.

CENTEREACH, NY — Suffolk County Crime Stoppers is seeking the public's help finding the man who, police said, stole from a Centereach store in May.
A man stole a MacBook Pro laptop from Best Buy, at 261 Pond Path, around 1 p.m. May 8, police said. The merchandise was valued at approximately $1,900, police said. The man left the store in what appears to be a white Honda CR-V, police said. He is wanted for grand larceny.
Police ask anyone with information to reach Suffolk County Crime Stoppers and leave an anonymous tip via phone call at 1-800-220-TIPS, using a mobile app which can be downloaded through the App Store or Google Play by searching P3 Tips, or online at www.P3Tips.com. A cash reward is offered for information that leads to an arrest.
