Friday, the birthday of Dr. Seuss, was celebrated by students across the country.
Kindergarten students at the Laurel Hill School in Setauket on Friday celebrated the birthday of Dr. Seuss, just as students across the country did as part of "Read Across America" day. The Laurel Hill students donned hats in the style of The Cat in the Hat, learned about the author, and even sang happy birthday.
